At BookishPurse, each piece is carefully handcrafted and made to order. Due to the nature of our products, limited materials, and production process, we do not offer traditional refunds once an order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction is important to us 🤍

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bookishpurse1@outlook.com, and we will gladly review your case and offer a replacement if applicable.

Please note:

• We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations after an order has been processed
• Due to limited materials and production constraints, we may not always be able to fulfill the exact style/design selected
• In such cases, we reserve the right to send a similar or equivalent product of equal value and quality
• This may occur due to material shortages, production limitations, or design availability
• Items must be unused and in original condition for any replacement review
• Shipping delays caused by carriers are not eligible for refunds or replacements
